Your data, your choice
You can ask me at any time to delete the personal information I hold about you. This page explains how. This website itself has no accounts or forms and does not store the text you type into the demo assistant, so in most cases the only data I hold is from conversations you started with me.
How to request deletion
- Send me a message using either option below.
- Tell me who you are: your name and the phone number or email address you used to contact me, and what you would like deleted (everything, or something specific).
- I confirm and act. I will reply to confirm that I received your request, verify it is you, and then carry out the deletion.
- You get a confirmation once the data has been deleted.

Verification
To protect you from someone else asking for your data to be deleted, I may ask you to confirm your request from the same WhatsApp number or email address you originally used, or to answer a simple question about our conversation.
What gets deleted
- Messages and files you sent me on WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn that I can control and delete.
- Your name, phone number, email address and any notes I made about you.
- Entries about you in my spreadsheets, calendar or other working tools.
- Where I handle data for a client's assistant and the client instructs me to, the records stored in those systems.
What may be kept
I may need to keep a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a dispute, for example:
- Invoices, payment records and contracts if you have been a client, as required for tax and accounting.
- A short record that a deletion request was made and completed.
I will tell you if any information must be kept, and why. Data that is kept is used only for that purpose.
How long it takes
I aim to confirm your request within 3 working days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups may take a little longer to be overwritten.
If you spoke to one of my clients' assistants
If you chatted with a WhatsApp assistant or voice receptionist that I built for a business, that business decides what is kept. Please contact the business directly to ask for deletion. You can also contact me, tell me which business it was, and I will pass your request on to them or act on it for them as they instruct.
WhatsApp, Meta and other platforms
Conversations on WhatsApp are also stored by WhatsApp (Meta) on its own systems and on your own phone. Deleting data from my side does not remove it from your device or from WhatsApp's systems. You can delete chats on your phone, and manage your WhatsApp data through WhatsApp's own settings and help pages. The same applies to LinkedIn and email providers.
